Manager, Data Analytics Consulting (Pre-Sales, Data and GenAI)

We are seeking aManager, Data Analytics Consultingin Singapore. You will shape data and AI solutions from discovery to proposal, translating business goals into cloud and modern data platforms. Partner with sales and delivery teams to run workshops, build architectures and tell clear value stories that win work and set teams up to deliver.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, delivery and SMEs to connect client goals to data and AI solutions
• Own the pre-sales cycle: qualification, discovery, solution design, demos, proposals and presentations
• Lead client workshops to capture business objectives, success metrics, constraints and requirements
• Design end-to-end data architectures across cloud platforms, integration, analytics and machine learning use cases
• Create compelling value propositions, estimates and commercial inputs for proposals and RFPs
• Advise clients on data strategy, operating model and roadmaps to support measurable outcomes
• Build reusable assets such as reference architectures, accelerators and proposal content
• Mentor teammates through knowledge sharing, reviews and best practice adoption

Requirements

• Experience owning pre-sales for data, analytics, cloud or AI engagements including discovery and solutioning
• Knowledge of data architecture including ingestion, transformation, modeling, governance and security concepts
• Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
• Familiarity with legacy data warehouse and integration tooling (Oracle, IBM Db2, Informatica, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS))
• Strength in stakeholder management with confidence presenting to senior client audiences
• Clear communication and the ability to translate technical options into business value and trade-offs
• Proven ability to scope work including assumptions, risks, dependencies and delivery approach

Nice to have

• Experience responding to complex RFPs with pricing or commercial models
• Familiarity with data science and machine learning concepts and common use cases
• Experience building reusable consulting assets such as reference architectures and accelerators
