Team Overview
The International Sales organization delivers Fraud & Identity solutions that help organizations engage, onboard and manage their customers more effectively, including fraud mitigation, digital fraud management, digital identity and analytical solutions. This role will collaborate with Colombia, regional and global solutions teams to grow the Fraud & Identity business across target customer segments in Colombia and Latin America. The position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Colombia

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Drive new business and revenue growth for TransUnion’s Fraud & Identity solutions across target industries in Colombia, with broader support for Latin American opportunities.
- Develop strategic account plans that prioritize prospective “greenfield” clients, cross-sell opportunities within existing customers and initiatives that expand solution adoption.
- Lead the sales pursuit throughout the opportunity lifecycle, including prospecting, buyer engagement, opportunity development, presentations, contract negotiations, closing and handoff to client success teams.
- Build relationships with senior buyers, decision-makers and influencers, navigating complex client and internal organizations to advance opportunities
- Deliver consultative presentations that demonstrate TransUnion’s value proposition, address client needs, manage objections and support successful commercial negotiations.
- Partner with regional sales teams, account managers, Lines of Business, global solution subject-matter experts and pre-sales engineers to develop and execute account strategies.
- Apply value-based selling approaches, including Return on Investment (ROI) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) considerations, to communicate measurable business value.
- Collect, interpret and share customer, market and competitive intelligence to inform sales priorities, solution innovation and Voice of Customer activities
- Represent TransUnion at customer locations and relevant industry events, conferences and trade shows when necessary.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
- 5-7 years of experience selling Fraud & Identity, digital identity management or related solutions, with the ability to apply this experience to complex enterprise sales opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience in consultative sales, including prospecting, relationship building, opportunity development, negotiation and closing.
- Knowledge of Fraud & Identity solutions, relevant industry practices and emerging trends, with the ability to translate this knowledge into client-focused value propositions.
- Understanding of the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) sector, Fintech organizations and their fraud, identity and customer-management challenges.
- Proven experience working with senior and C-level stakeholders and navigating major accounts within complex, matrixed organizations.
Required Technical Skills
- Ability to understand and position Fraud & Identity solutions, including fraud mitigation, digital fraud management, digital identity and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in value-based and consultative selling methodologies, including the use of ROI (Return on Investment) and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) models.
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and objection-handling capabilities for complex enterprise sales engagements.
- Ability to develop strategic account plans and coordinate sales activities across regional, global and cross-functional teams
