• Will act as shift supervisor.
• Ensure production meets daily and monthly output targets.
• Monitorcycle time, takt time, and line balancing.
• Enforcequality standards such as defect prevention and zero-error production.
• Implement and sustainLean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen practices.
• Coordinate withquality, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues like machine breakdowns or process delays.
• Ensure compliance withautomotive quality standards like
  • IATF 16949
  • ISO 9001
• Monitor and reducescrap, rework, and downtime.
• Maintain production reports and documentation.
• Lead shift meetings and communicate production goals.
• Knowledge of Robotic welding (Tig & Mig).

EDUCATION

• 4 Year degree in Mechanical Engineering  

EXPERIENCE

• 2 to 5 years’ experience in automobile manufacturing.
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement concepts
• ERP (SAP).
