Position Responsibilities

• Design low voltage systems, including intrusion, access control, CCTV, DAS, LAN,  Wi-Fi Networks, and more for commercial and multifamily projects
• Act as a resource and provide technical assistance for multiple projects during bidding, design, permitting, and construction
• Provide efficiency reviews and/or value engineering options for existing designs
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project personnel
• Design code-compliant, contract-compliant, and cost-effective systems while reviewing scopes of work, specifications, plans, and legal contracts

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• Five or more years of experience with low voltage system design
• Knowledge of the technical aspects of fire alarm design, including high-rise design, smoke control experience, and systems product knowledge
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of building, fire, and electrical codes
