Marketing Analyst is responsible for the execution and implementation of marketing initiatives in the territory aiming different goals such as: brand conscientization, demand generation, client loyalty, channel recruitment and engagement, and online sales.

Job description

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES• Prepare and send email marketing campaigns.• Manage translation providers by bridging the gap between them and regional and HQ stakeholders and closing demands monthly.• Ensure access to marketing materials available in time and form for the sales team (server) and partner network (EPC) ensuring they are always up to date.• Keep the conscientization portal, Digipais, updated according to new regional contents.• Manage external providers and budgets for various activities, as well as performing corresponding purchase orders and maintaining updated spending control.• Controlling stock of gifts, folders and marketing assets.• To make various reports on actions and events performed in territory.• Update of the institutional site according to global, regional and local demands.REQUIREMENTSEducation:• Marketing, Publicity and Advertising, Design, Business AdministrationExperience:• Between 1 to 3 years in similar activities in Marketing areaKnowledge:• Adobe Package (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver• Intermediate Excel (to know how to use simple formulas)• HTML knowledge (desirable)Language:• Intermediate EnglishPersonal characteristics:• Proactivity• Creativity• AttentionManagerial skills:• Organization• Detail oriented• Planning• PriorizationADDITIONAL INFORMATIONTravel:• 0%
