Job Description:
At dentsu, we're looking for aData & Technology Lead to help our clients unlock the full value of data, technology, and digital transformation initiatives. Acting as the bridge between clients, product teams, and internal stakeholders, you'll drive the implementation and adoption of data and technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
This is a highly collaborative role where you'll combine strategic thinking, technical understanding, and stakeholder management to ensure successful product adoption, enablement, and continuous improvement across client engagements. You'll work closely with experts across the business to turn complex challenges into practical solutions while helping shape the future of data and technology within dentsu.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the data & technology agenda across client accounts.
- Act as the key liaison between clients and dentsu stakeholders to drive successful technology and data integration.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for data and technology products and solutions.
- Guide teams and clients on best practices to maximise product adoption and business value.
- Collect and document product usage, client feedback, and adoption insights.
- Continuously improve implementation processes and client engagement frameworks.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and client teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Develop training materials, enablement programmes, and knowledge-sharing resources.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable business recommendations.
- Contribute to reusable assets for client pitches, proposals, and growth opportunities.
- Support research audits, trend analysis, knowledge mapping, and SWOT assessments to identify opportunities.

- Experience within data, technology, digital marketing, analytics, or consulting.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
- Experience supporting technology implementation and product adoption.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.
