Sr. ServiceNow Analyst

Job Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, & SPM.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to define processes, workflows, and future-state requirements.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Configure and validate ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and platform best practices.
• Support testing activities including UAT, defect management, and go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and process owners to drive successful project delivery and continuous improvement.
