Are you passionate about delivering great customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests? We're looking for enthusiastic and friendlyBar & Restaurant Staff to join the Food & Beverage team atNovotel Southampton. We offer a salary of £12.95 per hour per hour

This flexible casual role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and can adapt to a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Food & Beverage team, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest receives excellent service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking food and drink orders accurately
• Serving food and beverages to a high standard
• Preparing and serving drinks
• Processing bills, charges and payments
• Checking identification where required
• Maintaining stock rotation and replenishment
• Completing cleaning duties and health & safety checks
• Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A flexible approach to working hours and shifts
• Reliability and a willingness to learn
• Previous hospitality experience is welcome but not essential as full training will be provided
