We are seeking a professional and guest-focusedReceptionist to deliver exceptional service within our luxury Club Millésime space. As aClub Millésime Receptionist, you will warmly welcome guests, ensure every interaction reflects Sofitel's luxury standards, and help create memorable experiences while supporting operational excellence.

• Create exceptional first and lasting impressions for every guest through warm, personalised, and professional service.
• Deliver memorable luxury experiences that embody Sofitel's Art de Vivre and Club Millésime's exclusive offerings.
• Anticipate and exceed guest expectations by recognising individual preferences and responding proactively to their needs.
• Build meaningful guest relationships that foster loyalty, trust, and a strong emotional connection with the brand.
• Champion operational excellence through attention to detail, efficiency, and consistent service standards.
• Collaborate seamlessly with hotel departments to ensure a flawless and personalized guest journey from arrival to departure.

• Manage guest arrivals, departures, and lounge access in accordance with hotel procedures.

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, hospitality, guest service, or front office role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Professional presentation and a warm, welcoming personality.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems (Opera experience preferred).
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Current RSA.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
