Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-onSalesforce Developer and Administrator to join an agile technical team responsible for driving and supporting a broad suite of business-critical platforms. In this dynamic role, you will balance daily operational enhancements with major strategic initiatives, including a highly anticipated telephony platform migration and expandingExperience Cloud capabilities. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who excels at determining when to leverage declarative configuration versus custom code, seamlessly translating fast-paced business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain robust functionality acrossSales Cloud,Service Cloud, andExperience Cloud.

• Partner with technical leadership and the existing team to evaluate business requirements and architect the most efficient solutions utilizing either configuration or custom development.

• Build, maintain, and optimize complex automations, workflows, and custom capabilities.

• Program and supportLightning Web Components (LWC) andApex code.

• Execute and support seamless data integrations betweenSalesforce and various external platforms orAPIs.

• Drive the technical execution of a major telephony migration fromTalkdesk toGenesys, critically evaluating and rebuilding all associated system integrations and automations.

• Lead upcomingExperience Cloud initiatives and ongoing system enhancements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly across the entire supported environment.

• Translate dynamic business requirements into well-documented, actionable technical tasks.

• Create, update, and manage all configuration and development tickets usingJira.

• Operate independently within a distributed team, effectively adapting to shifting business priorities.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in bothSalesforce development and administration.

• Proven expertise utilizingSales Cloud,Service Cloud, andExperience Cloud.

• In-depth knowledge of declarative development and advanced system configuration.

• Demonstrated hands-on coding experience withLightning Web Components (LWC) andApex.

• Extensive background in building, managing, and troubleshooting system automations using both standard and custom objects.

• Solid experience successfully integratingSalesforce with third-party platforms and externalAPIs.

• Strong technical judgment with the ability to confidently decide between custom development and out-of-the-box configuration.

• High level of comfort documenting technical decisions and managing workflows withinJira.

• Ability to execute complex projects independently with limited supervision.

• Experience withGenesys integrations is highly preferred.

• Previous experience operatingTalkdesk or similar Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) platforms is a strong plus.

• Direct experience migrating, assessing, or rebuilding telephony-related automations is highly desirable.

• Familiarity withMarketing Cloud is a distinct advantage.

• Knowledge of or experience integrating tools likeZapier,HiTouch,SMS, or live chat platforms is a plus.

• Previous experience operating within a small technical team supporting multiple operational and customer-facing systems is preferred.
