We are looking for aGerman-speaking Talent Sourcer based remotely in the CEE or Balkans region.

You may already have some experience in recruitment or sourcing, or you may be looking to take your first step into the field. What matters most to us is that you’re curious, proactive, comfortable learning new things, and able to work through problems independently.

• Contract: Indefinite B2B

• Location: 100% Remote (must be based in the CEE or Balkans region)

• Start: ASAP (up to 1-2 weeks)

• Language: Fluent German and English (minimum C1)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Candidate Sourcing & Pipelining: Research talent markets, identify relevant candidates, and build pipelines for a variety of roles.

• Candidate Engagement: Reach out to prospective candidates across professional networks and support them through the early stages of the hiring process.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and adjust your searches based on feedback.

• Research & Problem Solving: Learn new markets, roles, tools, and sourcing approaches, and find creative ways to solve search challenges.

• Pipeline Management: Keep candidate information and activity organised and up to date in our recruitment systems.

Who You Are:

• Fluent German & English Speaker: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1).

• Curious & Eager to Learn: You’re comfortable learning something new, researching what you don’t know, and applying what you learn.

• Resourceful: When you come across something unfamiliar, you’re willing to investigate, try different approaches, and ask focused questions when needed.

• Open to Feedback: You’re comfortable receiving feedback, adapting your approach, and trying again.

• Strong Communicator: You can explain your thinking clearly and enjoy working with different people.

• Organised: You’re able to manage your time, priorities, and tasks in a fast-moving remote environment.

• Relevant Experience: Previous sourcing, recruitment, HR, research, or similar experience is a plus, butnot required.

• Location & Time Zone Aligned: Based in the CEE or Balkans region and able to work within CET/EET hours.
