TL;DR:Strala is rebuilding the foundation of the world’s largest industry - insurance.

In less than a year, we reached high seven-figure ARR. We raised two rounds from Tier 1 VC firms including Peter Thiel’s Founders Fund, led by the partner who was early in OpenAI, Cognition and Scale AI. Our team comes from institutions like Harvard, Berkeley Oxford and firms like Optiver, AMD & Palantir (+ICPC, NeurIPS backgrounds).

What we are looking for

• Problem Solver- You love solving hard problems (and have a history of doing so).

• High Agency & Ownership - You take charge and force things into existence - bonus points if you've been a CTO or founding engineer.

• Proven Builder - 2+ years in backend development and Python, with a track record of fast, production-grade code shipping.

• Core System Design - You own and are responsible for our core infrastructure, databases, and software architecture.

• Cloud Mastery - You know your way around GCP, AWS, Docker.
