The Role

We’re looking for aDelivery / Project Manager to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of projects acrossAI, Data, and Engineering for our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who combinesstrong project and people management skills with a genuine passion fortechnology and innovation. You’ll oversee the full delivery lifecycle — from planning and execution to optimization and stakeholder alignment — ensuring projects run efficiently, meet expectations, and deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadend-to-end project delivery: scope, resourcing, timelines, reporting, communication, and financials.
• Maintainhigh-quality delivery standards and ensure strong client satisfaction across projects.
• Apply and adaptAgile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid) to fit each team’s and client’s needs.
• Track and assessproject performance, proactively identifying risks and improvement areas.
• Drive clear and transparentstakeholder communication, managing expectations at all levels.
• Monitorproject health, including risks, sentiment, and financials.
•Lead and support cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurateRAG/RAID tracking and provide clear visibility into project status.

Requirements

• Proven experience inproject or delivery management, ideally within atech, consulting, or SaaS environment.

• Strong understanding ofAgile, hybrid, and traditional delivery frameworks.

• Skilled inJIRA or similar project management tools.

• Excellentstakeholder management and communication skills (internal and client-facing).

• Demonstratedpeople management experience — mentoring, coaching, and developing teams within your projects

• A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience working intech consulting — exposure to a variety ofprojects and clients.
  Previous experience in asmall agency ortech company, where adaptability and ownership are key.

• Familiarity withforeign markets and international clients.

• Scrum, Agile, or Project Management certification (e.g. CSM, Prince2, AgilePM).

• Experience withCRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
