Aritzia is growingandourOmni Technologyteam is growing with it.This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible fordesigning, implementing, and continuously improvingomnichannel technology solutions.As theSenior Solution Systems Analyst / Solution Systems Analyst, Omni Technology, you willturnbusiness requirements into solutions, acting as theliaisonbetween Technology and the Omni business, whileplaying a crucial role in creating requirements documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing management ofAritzia’spayment systems.With the skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless – from a rewarding career inTechnology to continued growth and development with Aritzia. 

THE ROLE 

As theSeniorSolution Systems Analyst / Solution Systems Analyst,Omni Technology,you will: 

• Translate business requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design.  

• Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure. 

• Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies. 

• Contribute to thesmooth and efficient deploymentofOmnitechnology solutions. 

• Provide excellent and reliable proactive and reactive support for Omni technology solutions. 

THE QUALIFICATIONS 

TheSeniorSolutionSystems Analyst / Solution Systems Analyst,Omni Technology has: 

• Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications: 

• Strong payments industry knowledge/experience in a retail or ecommerce environment  

• Experience with: 

• Implementing Manhattan Active Omni DOM in a retail environment 

• Agile / sprint 

• Application integration  

• Systems analysis and systems architecture 

• Proven ability to create solution design documents and user stories that solve the business problem 

• Experience working with internal and external development teams 

• Computer Science or Engineering degree is an asset 

• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values andBusiness and People Leadership principles 

• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners 

• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business 

THE COMPENSATION  

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy. 
 
The range for roles atthis level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Totalcompensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
