Job Role

This role is aBusiness Analyst / Product Analyst supporting GPS, CRESA, and PeopleTech initiatives. The successful candidate will drive business requirements, process transformation, solution design, and delivery of digital, data, automation, and AI-powered capabilities across multiple strategic platforms.

The candidate should possess strong business analysis expertise, stakeholder management skills, and experience working on enterprise transformation programs. The role will partner closely with business, operations, and technology teams to define requirements, optimize processes, deliver innovative solutions, and support the adoption of next-generation technologies including Copilot, AI, and Agentic solutions across the PeopleTech portfolio

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Partner with business and technology teams to design and deliver solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement sign-offs.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and business readiness activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI adoption.
• Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience in digital transformation, workflow automation, or platform delivery.
• Knowledge of Procurement, Contract Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or HR platforms is an advantage.
• Exposure to AI, Copilot, and automation technologies is preferred.
