Senior Business Analyst / Business Analyst - ServiceNow

We are seeking aSenior Business Analyst - ServiceNow to drive requirements definition and ensure engineering delivers a successful ServiceNow implementation. You will coordinate stakeholders, control scope, and run Agile execution with clear risk and schedule management across build, test, deploy, and ongoing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and consolidate stakeholder input to define and clarify requirements
• Maintain a concise, program-wide scope definition
• Produce and update documentation that supports management of the program and its related projects
• Coordinate with software engineers, QA, product managers and other engineering teams to move high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle
• Run scrum ceremonies as scrum master, manage schedules, identify potential issues, and communicate them clearly to project stakeholders
• Plan and own release schedules and milestones, maintaining high velocity in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute hands-on software development and project management, enable cross-functional coordination, and strengthen inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes

Requirements

• 5-10 years of overall IT experience
• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, emerging technologies, or related technical fields
• 1+ year of experience contributing to a ServiceNow implementation
• Experience with software development and managing end-to-end execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM and HRSD
• Experience working with Agile software development methodologies
• Scrum master experience with ownership of development sprints
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
