What you'll do

• You support the roll-out and further development of the group-wide customer satisfaction survey

• In this context, you operate in a highly international context, supporting in gaining and using customer insights

• You assist with the maintenance and optimization of KPI systems in upstream and downstream processes

• Preparing insights for reports, you enable fact-based decision making at Knauf

Who you are

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree as a student in a relevant field of study

• You are an independent thinker and thrive in fast-paced and complex environments

• As a strong communicator, you can interact with diverse groups of stakeholders

• You have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for working with data, and proficiency in analytics tools, with advanced Excel skills being essential

• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills, German language skills are considered a plus
