Business FunctionGroup Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Responsibilities- Perform Transfer Agency Roles and functions.- Carries out appropriate and regular screening of Fund Investors and review all identification records- Authorise transactions and payments input by processing staff.- Attend to auditor / customer / external parties’ queries.- Investigation and rectification of problems / errors.- Compilation / collection of transactions / processing statistics.- Update of procedures / BCP / DRP manuals.- Participate in system enhancements and projects.Requirements- University graduate with minimum 6 years working experience in a relevant role.- Knowledge of Transfer Agency Services including varies Performance computation, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and FATCA/CRS reporting- Able to work under pressure and extended working hours where necessary.- Able to communicate effectively (verbal & written) with product owner, external customers, counterparties and internal BUs.- Good team worker/leader, show initiative, support others in the team as necessary.Apply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
