Customer Advisor (Polish)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading customer experience company that is seeking to onboard aCustomer Advisor to join their team.

Position: Customer Advisor

Location: Athens, Greece

Model: Hybrid

Employment type:  Full time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle incoming customer calls and emails

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools

• Identify opportunities to generate revenue through cross-selling and upselling during customer interactions

• Meet individual and customer service team targets, including case-handling quotas

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts and documentation

• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines and policies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or near-native level of Polish

• Fluent in English

• Previous sales experience with the ability to generate revenue through cross-selling and upselling

• Strong telephone customer service and active-listening skills

• Customer-oriented approach and ability to adapt communication to different customer profiles

• Excellent communication skills

• Good MS Office skills
