We are looking for a motivated and commercially mindedJunior Account Manager to join our NIQ Brandbank team in Hungary.
In this role, you will take commercial responsibility for one or more of our licensed SaaS products, supporting their growth, adoption, and success in the market. You will develop strong product expertise and work closely with our Account Management, Product, IT, and Commercial teams to help clients understand the value our solutions can bring to their business.
This is a great opportunity for someone with1–3 years of sales experience who enjoys building client relationships, working with commercial targets, and developing their expertise in the evolving FMCG, eCommerce, and technology landscape.
What you'll do
- Develop an in-depth understanding of your assigned product portfolio, becoming a trustedSubject Matter Expert on its features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Partner with the Account Management team to identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and support client engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while also identifying opportunities with new clients and market segments.
- Present and sell our solutions to clients, including through face-to-face meetings, and support successful product deployment and adoption.
- Take ownership of quarterly commercial targets acrossnew business, renewals, and innovation services.
- Monitor client usage and help drive adoption throughout the subscription period.
- Manage your opportunity pipeline and provide regular revenue forecasts and commercial updates.
- Support the development of sales, marketing, and training materials for your products.
- Collaborate with Product and IT teams, sharing client and market insights that can help shape future product functionality and improvements.
- Contribute to the wider commercial strategy, including product positioning, value proposition, pricing, communications, and contract terms.
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or a similar commercial role.
- Experience working towards revenue or sales targets, with the motivation to achieve and exceed goals.
- Good understanding of sales planning and pipeline management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with clients and stakeholders at different levels.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Strong organization and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive, driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
- An interest inFMCG, eCommerce, SaaS, or technology solutions.
- Native-level Hungarian and working proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally when required.

- Base salary:Â 520 000 - 650 000 HUF gross/month
- Sales incentive bonus: In addition to the base salary, you will be eligible for asales incentive bonus linked to the achievement of your individual commercial targets.
