- Support participants with daily needs and program engagement.
- Monitor the facility and promote a safe, welcoming environment.
- Document participant interactions and program activities.
- Assist with crisis intervention and conflict resolution when needed.
- Coordinate with staff and community partners to support participant success.
- Uphold program policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Adhere to and participate in the Company's Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) privacy practices and Business Ethics and Compliance programs.
- Attend and participate in staff training and professional development activities and complete continuing education requirements as applicable.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrated effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and function effectively with minimal supervision.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive, professional working relationships with participants, staff, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Experience working in a 24-hour care facility, shelter, supportive housing, residential treatment, or similar environment.
- Familiarity with the communities being served, including knowledge and understanding of local needs and resources.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA, ethical, and professional standards.
