2.OfficeHaus Building – 32 Tan Thang Street, Son Ky Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam 

3. Capital Place Building – 29 Lieu Giai Street, Ngoc Khanh Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, Vietnam 

• Lead and manage UX projects in Vietnam, ensuring alignment with APAC UX strategy and KPIs.

• Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing) and facilitate design thinking workshops.

• Consolidate and analyze data for UX financial planning, reporting, and process improvement.

• Collaborate with business units to identify new service opportunities and enhance customer experience.

• Promote UX standards, methodologies, and tools across GBS teams.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX, Service Design, Interaction Design, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX or Service Design (portfolio required).

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for planning and reporting is a plus.
