Technical Sales Engineer - Warehouse Automation

What You’ll Do:

• Proactivelyprospect and develop business in assigned European territories.

• Consult and advise customers, identifying needs and delivering tailor-made automation solutions.

• Conducton-site visits, analyze requirements, and ensure a high-value consultative sales approach.

• Create and presenttechnical-commercial proposals, including drawings and quotations.

• Design, interpret, and defend complex solutions autonomously usingAutoCAD andExcel.

• Maintain and develop strong customer relationships with long-term growth in mind.

• Analyze market trends to identify strategic growth opportunities.

• Plan, organize, and execute commercial actions to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycle.

Requirements:

• Degree inElectrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering.

• Technical sales experience in machinery or industrial automation (ideally Warehouse Automation, Racking or Logistics).

• Strong technical orientation with commercial acumen.

• Proficient inAutoCAD andMicrosoft Excel.

• Fluent inEnglish,German or French is a plus

• Comfortable inmultinational environments and withengineering firms.

• Self-driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented.

• Willing to travel extensively across the UK and Ireland.
