Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilledConstruction Project Manager to lead and support the planning, execution, and delivery of site engineering and facility projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with GMP, regulatory, quality, and corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and executeconstruction and facility expansion projects.
• Definescope, timelines, resources, budget, and deliverables.
• Coordinate withQA, Production, Validation, and other stakeholders.
• Managecontractors, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Monitorproject progress, costs, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance withGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensureconstruction documentation and IQ/OQ readiness, including FAT/SAT support.
• Prepareproject status reports and ensure smoothhandover to Operations & Maintenance.

• • Civil Engineering degree with 10–15 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/industrial sectors.
  • Strong project planning, scheduling, and construction management skills.
  • Knowledge of GMP, cleanrooms, HVAC, and pharmaceutical requirements.
  • Experience in contractor, BOQ, and contract management.
