About the Role:
Acts as a liaison between relationship managers and business units during the qualification stages of a new or existing customer relationship application request. Monitors existing customer relationships on a transactional basis working in close partnership with the Lender/Relationship Manager, applicable business unit and other departments throughout the bank. Is relied upon by the customer, relationship manager and business units for knowledge of processes, products, and requirements needed to provide an exceptional customer experience for Consumer and Business Lending loan products, which includes SBA Express Unsecured Loans.
Partners with the Relationship Team to obtain and review information required for underwriting of consumer, Business Lending loan products, which includes SBA Express Unsecured loans
Set up, process, and monitor documents and files for package completion to meet specifications of a Clients request and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Set up and monitor loan requests to ensure accuracy and timeliness of file movement through follow up with relationship managers to obtain all necessary information for the loan process.
Review and resolve a variety of customer problems/issues regarding bank products and services and facilitate processing of customer account maintenance and advance requests.
Responds timely to internal helpline questions regarding consumer, business lending, and SBA Express loan products, requirements, and processes. Also provides support to our digital loan applications group.
Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:
Education
H.S. Diploma/GED (preferred)
Bachelor's Degree in business or finance (preferred)
Experience
4-7 years — of experience in banking, loan administration. (Required)
Skills
Strong knowledge in all areas of banking and lending.
Ability to read and write, with advanced arithmetic skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and interest in learning to present information to others and/or train others.
Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage internal and external customer relationships.
Proficiency with personal computers and related software packages such as Word and Excel, and other business machines.

The pay range for this role is $24 to $28.
The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
