L’Analyste financier principal, BI et rapports financiersjoue un rôle clé dans la production d’informations financières exactes, opportunes et pertinentes pour plusieurs entités nord-américaines. Ce poste soutient les rapports financiers complexes, la budgétisation, les prévisions, l’intelligence d’affaires et les initiatives stratégiques, tout en encadrant les analystes juniors et en dirigeant des projets de transformation à fort impact.

Principales responsabilités

• Développer et maintenir des rapports de gestion avancés et des tableaux de bord pour la haute direction.

• Concevoir et maintenir des modèles sémantiques Power BI d’entreprise.

• Automatiser les processus financiers et améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle.

• Assurer l’exactitude des transactions multidevises et intersociétés.

• Piloter les transitions ERP et les améliorations de processus.

• Réaliser des analyses financières ponctuelles et encadrer les analystes juniors.

Formation et expérience

• Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en finance (CPA souhaité).

• 4 à 6 ans d’expérience progressive en information financière ou analyse financière.

Compétences techniques

• Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et de la modélisation financière.

• Expérience avancée avec Power BI et Power Automate.

• Expérience avec IBM TM1, Cognos Controller et SAP S/4HANA.

Compétences clés

• Leadership et mentorat.

• Excellentes aptitudes analytiques et de communication.

• Souci du détail et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités.

Relations clés

• Collaboration avec les équipes Finance, Comptabilité, Opérations et TI.

• Partenariat avec les leaders d’affaires et soutien aux administrateurs ERP/BI.

Senior Financial Analyst, BI Reporting

TheSenior Financial Analyst, BI Reporting plays a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial information across multiple North American entities. This position supports complex financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, business intelligence, and strategic initiatives while mentoring junior analysts and leading high-impact transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced management reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI semantic models supporting Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Operational reporting.

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting solutions.

• Monitor dataset performance and optimize reporting environments.

• Automate Finance processes including approvals, notifications, reconciliations, reporting distribution, and recurring controls.

• Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in multi-currency and intercompany transactions.

• Drive ERP system transitions and enhancements, ensuring data integrity and process optimization.

• Lead process improvements focused on efficiency, automation, and scalability.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and special projects.

• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses supporting business decision-making.

• Mentor and support junior financial analysts.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).

• 4-6 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, analysis, or related fields.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling expertise.

• Advanced Power BI experience including Semantic Models, DAX, Power Query, Incremental Refresh, and RLS.

• Advanced Microsoft Power Automate development experience.

• Experience with ERP and BI systems including IBM TM1, Cognos Controller, and SAP S/4HANA.

• Knowledge of financial reporting structures, foreign currency, and intercompany accounting.
