Customer Support Agent - Swedish Market

This is a great opportunity for a Swedish-speaking professional who enjoys handling a variety of tasks and learning new skills. As aCustomer Support Agentfor the Swedish Market, you will be the first point of contact for players, assisting with daily queries.

The role offers a salary of€25-28K, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming queries inSwedish andEnglish via email and live chat

• Provide accurate support and guidance on game functionalities, promotions, and technical issues

• Assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner

• Perform KYC document checks

• Work closely with AML and RG teams

• Stay up-to-date with SGA regulatory compliance requirements

Requirements

• Previous experience in iGaming support

• Native or near-native Swedish, with excellent written communication

• Fluent inEnglish, written and spoken

• Experience working with the SGA is a plus

• Understanding of basic KYC procedures

• Strong computer literacy

• Customer-first mindset, responsible and reliable

• Good communication and listening skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

About the role

• Salary of €25-28K + bonus based on KPIs

• Rotating shifts across all days of the week (no night shifts)

• Office-based in Sliema, Malta

• Preference is given to candidates with previous Customer Support experience within iGaming
