Lead the Future of Procedural Cardiology at Henry Ford Providence

Henry Ford Providence Cardiology is ahigh-volume, complex cardiovascular program supporting both Henry Ford Providence Southfield and Novi. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing Procedural Services team overseeingCardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology (EP) operations across two campuses.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on bothday-to-day operations and the future growth of the cardiovascular program. You’ll work closely with physicians, frontline teams, and executive leadership to ensure exceptional patient care while driving operational excellence, team engagement, and continued program development.

We’re looking for avisible, collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing people together around a shared vision. You’ll oversee procedural operations, workforce planning, performance improvement, regulatory readiness, and change initiatives while building strong relationships across the organization.

Cath Lab and/or EP leadership experience is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate brings strong operational and workforce management skills, a commitment to staff development, and the ability to balance immediate operational needs with long-term strategy.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting.
• Demonstrated progressive nursing leadership experience.
• BCLS/ACLS certification as required per unit standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing, Business, Health Management, or related field.
• ANCC recognized nursing specialty certification.
