Production Process Engineer

Principal Responsibilities:

• Lead process Optimization with data analysis and identify areas for process and equipment improvement in efficiency, yield and quality.
• Drive and facilitate CAPEX projects, including equipment upgrades, process improvements, and facility modifications to enhance manufacturing performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process, equipment, quality, and safety-related issues by implementing effective corrective and preventive actions. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing equipment and production systems to improve operational efficiency and capacity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, warehouse and EHS to ensure Capex and production capacity expansion project success.
• Manage plant facilities and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with operational requirements, audit standards, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement objectives.
• Ensure that chemical processes adhere to EHS regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the production manager.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineer
• At least 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, shopfloor engagement/ hand-on and process improvement withElectrical and mechanical systems experience, with the ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and improve manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Good English communication capability to effectively present and join global meetings.
• Any Lean and Six Sigma equivalent certification is a plus.
