Are you anexperienced Freight Dispatcher looking for astable, high-paying opportunity with a U.S.-based trucking company?
We’re expanding our dispatch team and are seekingskilled professionals in the Philippines who already have a strong background in U.S. freight dispatching and are ready to startimmediately.
If you’ve worked with owner-operators, negotiated with brokers, and understand how to manage loads from pickup to delivery — we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do:
Book profitable loads for U.S.-basedowner-operators and small fleets (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Step Deck)
Handleend-to-end dispatching: load search, rate negotiation, booking, paperwork, check calls, and delivery follow-up
Communicate directly with brokers, shippers, and drivers via phone, email, and load boards
Keep detailed and accurate logs of loads and daily activities
Monitor driver hours and ensure compliance with U.S. DOT regulations
Manage multiple trucks efficiently while maintaining great relationships with drivers
Work U.S. business hours (EST or CST preferred)
Qualifications:
Must have prior experience as afreight dispatcher for U.S. trucks (minimum 1 year required; 2+ years preferred)
Experience with load boards such asDAT, Truckstop, Amazon Relay, and 123Loadboard
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with brokers
Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
Must be reliable, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
Stable internet connection, headset, and a quiet workspace
Familiar with U.S. geography, trucking routes, and freight types
