Position: Chef De Partie
Duration: Ongoing (40 hours per week)

We are looking for an experiencedChef De Partie to join the kitchen team at a busy holiday park located right on the coast of Wales, just steps from the beach.

This is a great opportunity for a confident and hardworking chef looking for ongoing work in a lively holiday environment.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard

• Managing your own section during busy services

• Preparing ingredients and ensuring your section is fully stocked

• Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team

• Maintaining high food hygiene, health & safety and cleanliness standards

• Assisting with stock rotation and deliveries

• Supporting other sections when required

• Ensuring all dishes are prepared consistently and efficiently

What we’re looking for:
Previous Chef De Partie experience is essential, a good work ethic and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced kitchen.

Ongoing work, with the opportunity to work at a fantastic coastal holiday park right next to the beach.
