Program Management Engineer

• Ensure managing the Product Development Process (PDP) Project from business award to 3 month after customer SOP

• Ensure to be the team leader of project team, lead cross function team for project execution and problem solving
• Ensure APTIV process to excute and control project, include hold weekly meeting, maintain PM tools and system
• Conduct Gate Review to ensure projects flawless lanunched

• Understand and identify project risk, participate AP/Global Red Program Review meeting and escalate the critical issues to management

• Monitor and control Project Investment (AR) and manage Project Finance performance

• Communicate as customer interface and manage customer MRD to make sure key deliverables on time

• Comply with internal control requirements, H&S and APTIV Business Process
