Toachievepersonalandstoresalesgoals,andtodeveloplastingclientrelationships.Toprovidestaffsupervisionandguidance,complyingwithallcompanypolicies,proceduresanddirectives.Toensurethehighestlevelofcustomerservicestandardsaremaintainedatalltimes.

ESSENTIALJOBRESPONSIBILITIES

SALESGENERATION

• Meetpersonalandstoresalesgoals
• Continuetodeveloppersonalsalestechniquesandassistinthedevelopmentofassociates’salestechniquestomaximizesales
• Utilizeelevatedlevelsofsalesandservicetomaximizesalesperformance
• Demonstrateanin-depthknowledgeofthemerchandise
• Afterclosing asale,monitoralldetailsincluding:shipping,alterations(ifapplicable),andspecialrequeststoensurecustomersatisfaction
• Ensureallsalesrelatedpoliciesandproceduresaremaintained
• Maintain akeeninterestinthefashionindustryandmarkettrends

  CUSTOMERSERVICE

• Supportandencouragestafftoprovidethehighestlevelofcustomerservice
• Buildandmaintainrepeatclientelebyutilizingpersonalclientbookandassistingstaffwithutilizingtheirclientbooks
• Resolveallclientproblemsandcomplaintsquicklyandeffectively,ensuringclientsatisfaction
• Assistsalesassociateswithvariouscustomerserviceissues(i.e.dissatisfiedcustomer,returns,defectivemerchandise)

  OPERATIONS

• Collaborate  with  store  manager  in  areas  of  risk  management,  physical  security,  store  cash  controls,  and  inventorymanagement
• Assistinthetrainingofsalesstaffinallareasofappropriateregisterusageandmaintenance
• Understandandproperlyexecuteallmanagementregister functions
• Assistinallareasofstock,shipping,receivingprotocol/policies,procedures,andallshipping/receivingrelatedpaperwork
• Participateininventories
• OnlyapplicableforOffsitedrivers:ResponsiblefordrivingproducttoandfromtheOffsitelocationonanasneededbasis

  MERCHANDISING/VISUAL

• Ensurethesellingfloorisneat,organized,stockedandreflectsthecorrectvisualimageatalltimes
• Assistintheimplementationandmaintenanceofallmerchandising/visualdirectives
• Ensuredeliveriesareproperlyprocessedin atimelymanner
• Identifyproductconcernsin atimelymanner
• Communicateinventoryneedstosupportthebusinessgoal

  HUMANRESOURCES

• Ensureimageandgroomingstandardsareprofessionalandreflectiveofthebrandimage,atalltimes
• Adheretoworkschedule,inclusiveoftimeandattendance
• Supportandassistinfollow-upforalltrainingprogramsandseminars

WORKEXPERIENCE
