Position Summary:Â
Under general direction, perform routine and advanced administrative duties requiring considerable skill and in-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. This position is supporting the Nephrology & Endocrinology clinics.
Â
Position Requirements:
- High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) required.
- A minimum of 5+ years of administrative support experience required.
- Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management required.
- Ability to problem solve, be organized, and juggle multiple priorities.
- Ability to be organized, have excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to anticipate and initiate action regarding administrative functions while coordinating and leading projects; and compose correspondence as needed, which may contain confidential information.Â
- Experience using complex functions with a variety of computer applications and software packages to develop macros and templates.Â
- Performs proofreading and formatting documents to ensure accuracy; screening telephone calls and visitors to resolve complex inquiries; and coordinating schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries and related arrangements.Â
- Knowledge of compiling data and information from multiple sources to prepare reports.Â
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenditures, process payment requests, requisitions, and invoices.Â
