Lead Supervisor Manufacturing

·        Full responsible for shift supervisors’ team to achieve maximum production, quality, and best cost. (>9, < 12 supervisors)

·        Assist in selection, training, and placement of qualified employees to provide an adequate flow of applicants to meet hiring standards.

·        Represents plant personnel on safety issues and programs and keeps management informed of plant conditions regarding safety standards and housekeeping requirements.

·        Complies with all personnel policies and procedure as set by company standards and regulations.

·        Monitors compliance and consistent of job quality standards to ensure first quality production.

·        Monitors compliance to preventive maintenance requires on machines, conveyors, reports damages, and reports losses due to negligence and noncompliance.

·        Trains new unit personnel as required.

·        Communicates for basic alignment with planning.

·        Performs these and other duties as assigned.
