Job Type:Full-Time

Shift:Day Shift (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with occasional overtime offered) 

Candidate must be able to work comfortably in full cleanroom PPE (gown, specialized headwear, shoe covers).

Are you detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow your skills in high-tech manufacturing? We are looking for a dedicatedElectronics Manufacturing Operator to join our team and help us build quality products for our customers on time, every time.

In this role, you’ll work in a cleanroom environment where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are top priorities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Cleanroom Operations: Work daily in a controlled cleanroom setting, strictly adhering to contamination control protocols and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a gown, specialized headwear, and shoe covers.

  • Hands-on Production: Operate tools, equipment, and manufacturing processes according to standard instructions (and help create instructions when needed!).

  • Ensure High Quality: Monitor your own work to meet strict quality and customer standards, escalating any issues to supervisors promptly.

  • Keep Precise Records: Maintain accurate tracking for labor, time, inventory control, process documentation, and quality logs.

  • Drive Improvement: Participate in team initiatives to enhance workplace safety, cleanliness, product quality, and efficiency.

  • Continuous Growth: Stay up to date on certifications, manage your daily workload effectively, and help train teammates as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

  • Education: Standard Grades preferred.

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in electronics production/manufacturing preferred.

  • Tech Skills: Basic computer literacy.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Flexibility to adapt to change and comfortably switch between different tasks.

  • A proactive mindset with a drive to offer innovative solutions to everyday problems.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work comfortably in full cleanroom PPE (gown, specialized headwear, shoe covers).

  • Ability to sit and/or stand for the duration of your shift.

  • Ability to frequently push, pull, reach, bend, kneel, and stoop.

  • Fine motor skills and occasional hand tool usage.

  • Ability to lift up to 20.4 kg (45 lbs) and carry up to 4.5 kg (15 lbs).

  • Meets industry standard visual acuity requirements for electronics manufacturing.
