หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• ช่วยเหลือผู้จัดการ/วิศวกรทันทีในการปฏิบัติงานวันต่อวัน
• ดำเนินงานบำรุงรักษาทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก, งานไฟฟ้าทั่วไป, งานซ่อมแซมแก้ไขปัญหาและการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์
• ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาเกี่ยวกับการซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์
• ควบคุมดูแลการเปิด-ปิดระบบต่างๆ
• ตรวจสอบการทำงานของอุปกรณ์และเครื่องจักรตามตารางการตรวจสอบ
• ซ่อมแซมบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลา
• บันทึกข้อมูลการทำงานของอุปกรณ์และเครื่องจักรตามแบบฟอร์ม
• รายงานการซ่อมอุปกรณ์และเครื่องจักรในเอกสารบันทึกการแจ้งซ่อม
• รายงานเหตุการณ์ต่างๆ รวมถึงอุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ เครื่องจักรผิดปกติ
• ประเมินความเสี่ยงในการปฏิบัติงานส่งให้กับผู้บังคับบัญชาอย่างน้อยเดือนละ 1 รายการ
• รับแจ้งและดำเนินการตามคำขอรับบริการจากผู้ใช้พื้นที่
• ทำความสะอาดห้องเครื่อง อุปกรณ์ เครื่องจักรตามแผนงานที่กำหนด
• จัดทำการบำรุงรักษาระบบ (PM) ตามแผนงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ตรวจสอบการทำงานของผู้รับเหมา พร้อมรายงานให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ
• งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ จัดเก็บวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ ในห้องสโตร์ให้เรียบร้อย
• ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
