Internship - Quality & Digitalization

Position Summary

Support the QA & QC team in the Quality Revamp initiative by improving and digitizing quality processes, organizing quality information, assisting with data and dashboards, and providing basic IT-related support using Microsoft 365 tools.

Key Tasks

• Support Quality Revamp and digitalization projects.
• Assist in reviewing, updating, organizing, and digitizing quality procedures, forms, records, and templates.
• Maintain quality documents and information in SharePoint and other approved digital repositories.
• Collect and compile quality data, and assist in preparing KPI dashboards and progress reports using Excel or Power BI.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Forms, Teams, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Support simple workflow automation, process mapping, testing, and productivity improvement activities.
• Assist in internal audit preparation, corrective action tracking, and follow-up of quality action items.
• Prepare meeting minutes, presentation materials, project updates, and basic user guides.
• Coordinate with QA & QC, business teams, and IT for information gathering and resolution of basic system issues.

• Diploma or Degree student in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Quality Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and an interest in quality management and digital transformation are preferred.
