Teacher/Trainer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional with a teaching, training, education, or instructional background to support the development of our workforce and organizational capabilities.

• Develop and deliver training programs for employees across all departments.
• Provide instruction on product knowledge, equipment operation, company procedures, and safety standards.
• Assess training needs and identify skill gaps to improve employee performance.
• Create and maintain training materials, manuals, presentations, and learning resources.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Coach and mentor employees to support professional growth and career development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and health and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with department managers to align training objectives with business goals.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, operational excellence, and customer service.
