Technical/Functional Skills Cisco Switches (Catalyst & Nexus)| Routers| Wireless| Cisco Meraki SD-WAN| Load Balancers (F5) Experience RequiredHands-on Experience in configuring and maintaining Routing protocols| Switching & Wireless.Must have good hands-on experience & troubleshooting in LAN| WLAN & WAN technologiesMust have hands-on experience in implementation/provision| troubleshooting and migrationsExperience in F5 Load balancer with LTM modulesExperience in SolarWinds monitoring and good understanding of Incident| Service request and change management procedures.Roles & ResponsibilitiesMinimum of 7 years experience in the networking domain (LAN| WLAN & WAN) Ability to set direction and prioritize work and resources based on operational and client needs. Ability to analyze| make decision making and collaborate multiple Layer network Architecture. ITI based support team with 24x7 support operationsProvides root-cause analysis| contributes to the knowledge base preparation and technologyGeneric Managerial SkillsGood communication and written skillsGood Team player| flexible and ready to adjust based on the business requirement.
