ROUTE SERVICE SUPERVISOR

A route supervisor will be responsible for the management of linen routes and regular day to day managerial duties that include but not limited to:

1. Making sure routes are covered by RSR'sdaily.
2. Manage routes daily billing and productflow.

• *On demandhistory/request 

3.Visiting customers on regular basis to ensurerelationships

• *Obtaining managersurveys
• *Perform inventory and qualitychecks
• *Complete daily cash in and debriefing withRSR's
• *Dailychecklist
• *RSR performancechecklist
• *Drivingevaluations

1. Manage A/R's in timely manner to keep customers up to date with theirbilling.
2. Work with customers to fix any issues that have come up with merchandise and/or service from RSR's.
3. Teach and train RSR's on how to manage routes per companystandards.
4. Making sure customer renewals are done in a timely manner to ensure the longevity of our company.
5. Ensuring the cleanliness of the RSR's and fleet oftrucks.
6. Responsible for making sure the weekend duties are covered by RSR's and checking the emails for the call in from our customers and reporting them to RSR's for delivery.
7. Responsible for keeping track of KPI reports for the routes that you are responsible for managing.
