As an Advanced System Engineer, you will join the IT Team, whose role is to design, implement, and optimise IT systems and infrastructure tailored to Betclic’s environment and business demands, while providing advanced user support and actively contributing to office operations and organisation. The role ensures scalable, secure, and efficient IT solutions aligned with company standards.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Provide advanced user support and handle complex incidents and escalations.

• Design, implement, and optimise IT systems and infrastructure.

• Lead technical projects and contribute to architectural decisions.

• Automate processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Specialise and adapt solutions to meet Betclic’s specific environment and requirements.

• Contribute to office operations and organisation, improving workplace IT processes and setup.

• Mentor team members and share technical knowledge.

• Ensure security, performance, and compliance across systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

This job is for you if you have:

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune).

• Microsoft Azure Administration and Infrastructure Services.

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) Administration.

• Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, PKI.

• Endpoint Management and Device Compliance (Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MDM).

• Windows 10/11 Enterprise and MAC Administration and Troubleshooting.

• Server Administration (Windows Server and related infrastructure services).

• Virtualisation technologies (Nutanix, Hyper-V, Azure Virtual Machines).

• Enterprise Networking (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VPN, Firewalls).

• Identity and Access Management (IAM), MFA, Conditional Access, SSO.

• Infrastructure Monitoring and Performance Management.

• Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity solutions.

• IT Service Management platforms.

• Automation & Security

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THIS RECRUITMENT? 📝
