Robert Bosch Energy and Body Systems Ltd. founded in summer of 2003, manufacture automotive components and electric drives. Nowadays employing more than 2500 people. Our company is the number one supplier to many car and eBike manufacturers and one of the fastest growing factories in the region.

• Responsible as locally acting interface towards central quality management of division Bosch eBike Systems (EB)
• Responsible for plant-related quality topics including close cooperation with supplier quality assurance and engineering series support
• Active cooperation in risk assessments done by development and purchasing quality
• Examination and approval of concessions based.
• Participation in FMEA reviews (serial phase)
• Support in locally managed simultaneous engineering (SE) teams
• Handling changes in quality assurance plans, verification and approval of engineering changes from quality perspective.
• Verification and approval of testing plans and engineering changes
• Support supplier quality management in technical matters and 8Ds to or from suppliers
• Interface for clarifications regarding manufacturing 8Ds, 8D evaluation and effectiveness-check of introduced  measures.
• Member in local 8D teams in case of design issues.
• First contact person in case of annual product requalification, quality reporting and new quality issues as well as delivery blocking related topics.

• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (BSc. with MSc. preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in production/engineering environment, preferrably with experience in quality management application
• Logical and strategic thinking
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in teams, strong ability for handling of changes
• Independent, self-organized working style
• Good English language skills (verbally and written), German is advantage
• Flexibility and readiness to travel internationally
