We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical thinkingMarket & Investment Insight Analyst to join our team. You combinemarket foresight, investment expertise, and technology affinity. Your mission is to contribute to growth and venture opportunities with your sharp analysis, shape investment theses, and generate actionable insights that guide our strategic decisions in dynamic and rapidly evolving markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Impact
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies and recommendations
  • Provide cross-functional support to leadership on market entry and growth strategies
  • Ensure that regulatory and macro trend changes are incorporated into business and investment considerations
• Market & Technology Insights
  • Analyze industry reports, market data, and emerging technologies
  • Conduct customer and expert interviews, applying both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Track regulatory and technology trends, preparing thematic market insights
• Investment & Business Analysis
  • Identify and evaluate investment targets, business models, and growth opportunities
  • Assess business models, forecast growth paths and identify risks
  • Prepare investment committee insights and support deal decision-making

You bring strongmarket intelligence and customer insight skills, enabling you to analyze pain points and spot emerging technology trends. You have a solid understanding ofbusiness models, investment strategies, and financial modeling, complemented by expertise in valuation. Additionally, you are well-versed in relevant regulations and compliance requirements, allowing you to confidently navigate the industry landscape.

Furthermore, you bring the followingexperiences and skills:

• 3–5 yearsof relevant experience in strategy or M&A consulting, venture capital, or private equity
• Proven expertise in bothquantitative and qualitative analysis
• Ability to quickly grasp and assessnew markets, technologies, and business models
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving and storytelling
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into clear, actionable insights

For this position, we offer a market-compliant salary based on your qualifications and relevant professional experience. We are legally required to state the minimum salary for this position. According to the collective agreement for the wood processing industry, the annual gross minimum salary for a full-time position is EUR € 45.080.
