ROTATION - 2nd PROCESSING - grade 4

SUMMARY:  Rotation – 2nd Processing team members rotate through second processing positions as directed by management.   

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude, but are not limited to, the following:

• Daily rotations throughout the department

• Ability to proficiently perform in the following position in rotation

  • 1039 - Hanger

  • 1065 - Meat Checker

  • 1071 - Mixer

  • 1124 - Trusser

  • 1110 - Stack-Off

  • 1091 – Packer Layer Leg

  • 1092 – Packer Less than 10 LBS

  • 1087 - Operator Scale

  • 1046 - Jack Driver

  • 1079 - Operator CVP

  • 1103 - Re-Hang

• Other duties as assigned by management

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will not have supervisory responsibility.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Required

  • Ability to be proficient in all jobs included in the rotation

  • Previous experience in poultry processing
