Assistant Manager - Full Time

EUROSPAR Barnhall, Leixlip, Co. Kildarepart of the Furey Smyth Group are recruiting a Full Time Assistant Manager.

As the Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service and operational efficiency.

The Role:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store

• Supervise and support store staff in their daily tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times

• Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering and receiving merchandise

• Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement

• Assist in training and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

• Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in a retail environment, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
