AsourBuyer,IndirectPurchasing, you'll manage the procurement of non-inventory materials and services thatsupportbusinessoperationsacrosstheorganization.You'llworkcloselywithinternalstakeholders,suppliers,andSupplyChainteammemberstoensuretimelypurchasing,supplierperformance,andprocessexcellencewhilehelpingteamsaccomplishtheirgoalsefficientlyandeffectively.

WhatYou'llDo

• Owntheindirectpurchasingprocessandserveastheprimarypointofcontactfornon-inventoryprocurementactivitiesacrosstheorganization

• Managesupplierrelationshipsandcontractstoensureservice,quality,cost,andperformanceobjectivesareachieved

• Partnerwithinternalstakeholderstounderstandpurchasingrequirementsanddeliversolutionsthatmeetbusinessneeds

• Coordinatevendoronboardingactivitiesforsuppliersnotcurrentlyincludedonapprovedvendorlists

• ManageRFQprocesses,evaluatesupplierproposals,andsupportsourcingdecisions

• Processpurchaserequests,issuepurchaseordersthroughERPsystems,andmaintainaccurateprocurementrecords

• Monitorsupplierdeliveryperformance,trackopenpurchaseorders,andproactivelyresolveissuesthatimpacttimelines

• Resolvesupplierconcernsrelatedtopricing,delivery,invoicing,andquality

• Validatecompletedservicesandcoordinateinvoicereconciliationtoensureaccuratepaymentprocessing

• Identifyopportunitiestoimprovepurchasingprocesses,supplierperformance,andoperationalefficiency

• 2–4yearsofexperienceinindirectpurchasing,procurement,sourcing,orarelatedsupplychainfunction

• Demonstratedexperiencemanagingsupplierrelationshipsandprocurementtransactions

• ExperienceutilizingERPsystemsandpurchasingtoolstomanageprocurementactivities

• Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskillswiththeabilitytonavigateambiguity

• AdvancedMicrosoftExcelskillsandexperienceworkingwithprocurement-relateddata

• Abilitytocollaborateeffectivelywithcross-functionalstakeholdersandexternalsuppliers

• ProfessionalcertificationssuchasCPSM,CSCP,CPIM,orrelatedsupplychaincredentials

• Associate'sdegreeinSupplyChain,IndustrialEngineering,Business,orequivalentpracticalexperience

• Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
