Room Attendant - Casual
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Room Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, comfortable and memorable experience for every guest. With a strong eye for detail and pride in presentation, you’ll help maintain the high standards that define our hotel.

This is a hands-on, active role suited to someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a supportive team, and making a real impact on the guest experience each day.

As a Heartist, you’ll bring genuine care and warmth to your work, helping guests feel relaxed, valued and at home throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to a high standard
• Restock amenities and manage linen efficiently
• Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly
• Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operation
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
• Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service

We’re looking for reliable, motivated team players who bring a positive attitude and pride in their work.

Your experience and skills include:

• Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• A friendly, guest-focused approach aligned with the Heartist philosophy
• Physical fitness and enjoyment of an active, hands-on role
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
