We are hiringRoof & Floor Truss Builders to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will help buildengineered wooden trusses used in residential and commercial construction.
This is ahands-on position ideal for individuals with experience inconstruction, framing, carpentry, warehouse work, or manufacturing.
No truss experience?We provide on-the-job training.

Monday – Friday1st Shift:7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift:4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Shift differential available)
What You’ll Do
• Assembleroof and floor trusses using pre-cut lumber• Position and securelumber components and metal plates
• Use hand tools such ashammer and tape measure
• Operate production equipment as trained
• Inspect completed trusses forquality and accuracy
• Stage finished trusses for shipping
• Maintain asafe and clean work environment
What We’re Looking For
Preferred experience:• Construction• Carpentry or framing
• Manufacturing or production work
• Lumber or building materials
Required:• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to follow safety procedures
Physical Requirements
• Lift up to50 pounds regularly• Stand and move throughout shift
• Bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
• Work in amanufacturing environment
Requirements
• Reliable transportation• Valid identification
• Ability to passdrug screen and hearing test
• Must follow all safety policies and PPE requirements
Tools Required
Employees must provide:• Steel toe or hard sole work boots• 22–24 oz hammer
• Hammer holder
• 25’–30’ tape measure
Safety equipment including glasses, ear protection, and reflective gear is provided at no cost.
