Product Validation Engineer

OurElectronics Tech Center in Brasov focuses on the innovation, development and testing of electronic applications in the Passive Safety area (Seatbelts & Steering Wheels), coordinating end-to-end projects for European OEMs. We are looking for aProduct Validation Engineer to join our growing team. Our new colleague will be responsible for the Design Validation (DV) and Product Validation (PV) of our electronic products. 

What will you do? 

• Review customer requirements related to validation tests (electrical, EMC / ESD and environmental tests) 

• Develop DV / PV test specification based on Customer Requirements and Industry Standard 

• Plan activities for test execution for DV / PV (e.g. sample build) 

• Analyze result in order to create final test report 

What will you bring? 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics or similar 

• Previous experience in product validation for electronics systems, ideally in the automotive industry 

• Solid knowledge of system and hardware 

• Good understanding of system/software testing, testing tool knowledge (e.g. CANoe) 

• Programming skills would be a plus
